In the meantime, here are 2 questions I'd like to know your opinion about:
1. Right now - looking at your life - what's the one behavior you'd like to add that will make the most impact to you for the better?
2. On the scale of 1-10 (10 being the most ready) - how ready are you to create that new behavior?
3. Finally, if you answered 8/9/10 - what are the 1-2 easy/simple things you could do today to move you towards that behavior?
If you answered <7 or 7, why not higher?
